- ➤ Coastal Bend families can apply for the Texas Education Freedom Accounts today at 9 a.m. to cover private school tuition and home school expenses. - ➤ Del Mar College's Board of Regents voted on Feb. 3 to keep in-district tuition at $75 per credit for the 2026-27 year, complying with Gov. Abbott's call not to raise rates.
