Good morning, Corpus Christi.

Today, the annual HERPS Exotic Reptiles and Pet Show opens from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Richard M.

Borchard Regional Fairgrounds in Robstown. The event, now in its 11th year, attracts vendors and reptile enthusiasts from across the Coastal Bend and beyond.

After funding issues forced last year's cancellation, downtown Corpus Christi will host the free St. Paddy's Festival on March 14.

The event will feature local bands, artists, and food trucks (organizer Mike Treiber confirmed plans for the family friendly celebration) and further details will follow.

Corpus Christi youth will get a taste of business when Lemonade Day begins this June, a national event that teaches kids entrepreneurship (with hands-on opportunities at local stands).

Grieving families in Corpus Christi are uniting to raise awareness of the fentanyl crisis by sharing personal stories that honor loved ones lost.
