- ➤ Fire crews are containing a wildfire that ignited Monday around noon near State Highway 188 + Mundine Road in Rockport, with 15 agencies battling the blaze that damaged two fire trucks while ensuring residents who evacuated have returned home, and crews expect 95-percent containment later today. - ➤ A pre-dawn fire damaged several boats Monday at Marker 37 Marina on North Padre Island & Corpus Christi crews worked in windy conditions to contain the flames. KIII-TV
