- ➤ Real estate data from Realtor.com shows that in February, homes in Nueces County were listed at a median price of $332,125—a 0.8% drop from January and 4.3% lower than February last year. Homes averaged —1,599 square feet at $197 per square foot and stayed on the market for 84 days while 552 new listings were added. Caller Times
