- ➤ Today the Children's Advocacy Center of the Coastal Bend held a ribbon cutting in Portland to officially open its new facility alongside its Kingsville center. KIII-TV

- ➤ Corpus Christi Water officials presented six models on Tuesday night that show five scenarios would trigger a Level 1 emergency with impacts starting as early as May or later in October—and the only scenario that avoids an emergency relies on timely projects and sufficient rain, which is unlikely. - ➤ Corpus Christi City Council unanimously approved a motion to partner with CPS Energy to explore a seawater desalination project at the Barney Davis Power Plant in Flour Bluff. City staff will now evaluate options for the project (with a potential cost of $600 million). Action 10 News
