- ➤ After a 7-year-old boy using a ghost phone called 911 near Nueces Bay, Corpus Christi police and San Patricio County law enforcement located his two brothers and their intoxicated mother in a car at White Point— the children were taken to Driscoll Children's Hospital and later released to their grandfather while the mother was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
