- ➤ Driver Elias Chapa Jr., 19, swerved to avoid a deer before his 2015 Chrysler 200 rolled over near CR 103 + George West on May 7, killing 18-year-old Marcos Chapa and a 12-year-old passenger; authorities arrested him on two counts of intoxication manslaughter. KRIS 6 News
