- ➤ On Monday night, a Corpus Christi officer and an alleged suspect were hospitalized after a shooting at an apartment complex on the 4600 block of Ocean Drive near Airline Road—police said the suspect fired from his front door and was struck when officers returned fire. KRIS 6 News
- ➤ Corpus Christi police arrested a woman they believe fatally shot a family member at a southside home on the 5000 block of Cain Drive at 8:05 a.m. Monday—and officers later located her along Airline Road near Ocean Drive after a man in his 40s with a gunshot wound died at a local hospital.
