EDUCATION NEWS

- ➤ City council delayed the vote on the Inner Harbor desal project until next week after state officials met with Mayor Guajardo and Councilwoman Vaughn to review the project’s early 10% design and rising $1.2 billion cost—citing concerns over affordability.
