- ➤ Two Sinton ISD parents have alleged that the district may have violated FERPA by mistakenly sharing a student's transcript with another parent's grievance packet and that ongoing administrative failures have affected fair access to courses. - ➤ Del Mar College is partnering with TAMUCC to offer a local architect transfer program that lets students complete two years at Del Mar College — then spend three years with TAMUCC faculty; the program, one of only nine in Texas, will start next fall with some students expected to graduate as early as 2029.
