REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Patel Real Estate Holdings bought the old Sunrise Mall in November and started demolishing it in August, planning two Marriott hotels, a convention center and a 25-story condo with 200 units near Eddie’s Taverns and McArdle Road. Demolition near Safe Space Storage and the former Stein Mart building will resume once property swaps are finalized—Corpus Christi Development Services is working to keep the site clear.
