BUSINESS NEWS
- ➤ Parking rates in downtown lots are now set by a Tennessee company that uses a dynamic pricing system to adjust rates based on demand. Lot owners chose this change after safety issues—such as cars being towed and accidents—occurred during big events, and new rates will take effect Friday night when ArtWalk and the Port's Christmas tree lighting draw large crowds.
