- ➤ Downtown will transform into Peppermint Lane as holiday spirit fills the area— the Peppermint Lane Market will be held every Sunday at BUS until Christmas. KIII-TV
- ➤ Ian Manseau (a TAMUCC grad and Air Force veteran) is turning burned military uniforms into ceramic art vases to show health risks from burn pit exposure. He will display his work (Residue) at his MFA thesis exhibit next spring in partnership with Burn Pits 360. KRIS 6 News

- ➤ Corpus Christi ISD approved targeted improvement plans on Nov. 10 for low-performing schools under the state accountability system. While Yeager and Shaw Elementary schools improved their ratings, Martin Middle and Cullen Place Elementary must now develop turnaround plans—steps taken to address persistent performance gaps.
