- ➤ Corpus Christi drivers can now use Huntwick Avenue after months of construction that began in July and cost $954,452 with the roadway reopened on schedule ahead of Thanksgiving. Crews upgraded the road with new concrete pavement, improved sidewalks, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and drainage upgrades — a flagger may remain on site as debris is cleared. KRIS 6 News
- ➤ Corpus Christi Water held a public information session at Sinton Fairgrounds where residents learned about the Evangeline Groundwater project designed to draw up to 12 million gallons per day from the Evangeline Aquifer—with capacity to expand to 24 million gallons—to help delay a level one water emergency by November 2026 while addressing concerns about private well impacts and water quality.
