- ➤ H-E-B is partnering with the City of Corpus Christi to host a free Holiday Block Party scheduled for Friday, Dec. 20, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Corpus Christi Watergarden, where families enjoy live entertainment, Santa photos, interactive museum experiences, and free parking + transportation available. - ➤ On Dec. 16, 12-year-old Nate Gonzalez visited Lotspeich Elementary School in Robstown to give every child a Christmas gift, spreading holiday cheer across the community. Caller Times
- ➤ Corpus Christi Water has offered simple winter plumbing tips to help locals protect pipes as colder weather approaches. The guidance suggests insulating outdoor pipes and disconnecting hoses (additional precautions are urged if temperatures fall below 32°F) to avoid costly repairs. KRIS 6 News
- ➤ On Tuesday morning, Catholic Charities held the Community Christmas Blessing at its Westside building, distributing food boxes to families for a quality holiday meal.
