- ➤ Cinergy Entertainment broke ground on the Southside for a new $45M, 90,000-square-foot entertainment complex near SPID on Rodd Field Road—featuring a theater, bowling, and a sports bar—that will create 200 local jobs, while the CEO announced a surprise phase two with an indoor electric go-kart track and mini golf; construction is expected to begin by the end of 2025 as the city provides up to $4.15M in tax rebates and anticipates generating $17M in local taxes.
